The combination of the previous pickup and the new pickup cavities makes for a weird shape 🙂

Testing the fit: it’s fine! The pickups are from the local classifieds, apparently from an Epiphone 335 Dot. I’ve already had them installed in my Squier Strat (that I don’t have anymore) and they worked very well. Hoping they will sound good in this Tele too.

Removed the old nut and installed a new Graphtech instead. It also has better spacing, the old one was cut too narrow
